CGE FASHION SHOW!
We're so excited to share a brand-new addition to this year's Trunk-or-Treat on October 23: a student Fashion Show! The twist — every outfit has to be built from finds at the Cole Park Plaza PTA Thrift Shop, no off-the-rack Halloween costumes allowed.
Here's why it matters: by putting this on, CGE can raise approximately $1,500 for teacher and student needs through the Chatham County PTA Thrift Shops — and have a blast doing it. But we need participants to make it happen!
Want your Gator in the show? Here's what to do:
Pick a category:
"Ghoulish Gators" (spooky vibes),
"Gator Glam" (fashion-forward), or
"My Favorite ___" (athlete, celebrity, teacher — you choose!)
Sign up here — registrations close 10/19: https://forms.gle/sSD4oGyjJo6qMa8h6 (you can update your Gator's category or info anytime before the deadline)
Build the look using only PTA Thrift Shop pieces (no off-the-rack costumes!), then walk the runway — no judging, just creativity and fun!
Signing up as a duo or group? Register individually and just note your group members on your form.
Every student participant is automatically credited with 2 hours of prep time. Spent longer building your look? Email the actual time to thrift@chathamgrovepta.com within 5 days of the show.
